Traffic has returned to normal flow.\/>TYLER &#8212; Traffic signal work at the intersection of Troup Hwy and Loop 323 started at 9:00 Tuesday morning and is expected to take several hours. TxDot is doing work on the signal box at that location and the signals will be completely turned off.<\/p>\n<p>Tyler Police will be in the intersection directing traffic during this time. Avoid the area if possible. If you must be there, slow down, and watch for\u00a0 officers in the roadway.
