Joshua Tubb was arrested by the Kilgore Police Department two days in a row last December for driving while intoxicated. Following these arrests, Tubb resigned from his position with the Gregg County Sheriff\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n<p>Following his guilty plea on April 24, the court sentenced Tubb to serve 180 days in jail.
