TYLER (KETK)\u2013 While Texans have experienced an increase in gas prices over the past couple of months, they have felt relief over the past few days as prices begin to drop.<\/p>\n
According to AAA, gas prices have declined over the past week as crude oil continues to trade below $100 a barrel following the announcement of a two-week ceasefire between the U.S. and Iran earlier this month.<\/p>\n
Across the state, the average price of regular unleaded fuel is currently $3.74 per gallon, 13 cents lower than a week ago. The national average has also decreased over the past few days to $4.09, which is eight cents lower than last week, according to AAA.<\/p>\n
