We are very proud Mark has chosen to work for the City of Tyler and are thankful he is our City manager.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>McDaniel\u2019s performance was recognized by his professional peers when the Texas City Management Association (TCMA) named him Texas Administrator of the Year in June of 2010.
