According to our news partner KETK, the city said on Tuesday that they are mourning the loss of Buddy Powell, a valuable member of its Water Distribution and Wastewater Collection crew.<\/p>\n<p>Powell died in what the city is calling a \u201cprofoundly shocking\u201d workplace incident, which is being investigated.
