A lot of people worried about affordability. What if I told you the comptroller could affect all of that? Think about it, comptroller is your money, it\u2019s how you spend money but also the controller can do things like influence new job creation.\u201d

Lange is running in the March 2026 Democratic Primary to be the Democratic Party\u2019s candidate for Texas Comptroller this year. As a 40-year business and finance professional, Lange has worked for small, medium and multi-billion dollar businesses in Texas and around the world.<\/p>\n

Lange has called for a \u201cfair, transparent, and future-ready\u201d tax system, waste elimination and the creation of more jobs, healthcare, schools, infrastructure and water connectivity systems.
