Authorities claim that his wife failed to report the alleged abuse, which occurred over several years. According to our news partner KETK, the Smith County Sheriff\u2019s Office has announced that Filiberto Rodriguez Mora, 46, is currently evading capture and is wanted for:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sexual assault of a child with a bond of $500,000<\/li>\n<li>Continuous sexual abuse of a child with a bond of $750,000<\/li>\n<li>Assault causing bodily injury<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mora is 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighs 250 pounds and has brown eyes and black hair. He may be driving a 2006 tan Toyota Sequoia. Deputies also said that Mora is an undocumented immigrant who was previously deported.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-thumbnail wp-image-1479192\" src=\"https:\/\/ktbb.com\/post\/wp-content\/media\/2026\/02\/morawife-187x200.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"187\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ktbb.com\/post\/wp-content\/media\/2026\/02\/morawife-187x200.png 187w, https:\/\/ktbb.com\/post\/wp-content\/media\/2026\/02\/morawife-327x350.png 327w, https:\/\/ktbb.com\/post\/wp-content\/media\/2026\/02\/morawife.png 473w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 187px) 100vw, 187px\" \/>Claudia Erika Dominguez-LLanas, Mora\u2019s wife, was arrested on Friday for abandonment or endangerment of a child with intent, knowledge, recklessness or criminal negligence in connection with the case.<\/p>\n<p>According to an arrest affidavit, Dominguez-LLanas allegedly failed to report sexual abuse committed by Mora against one of her children and intentionally lied to investigators about her knowledge of the abuse. CPS received a report alleging Mora had been abusing a teenage family member for several years, beginning when the child was about 11, and that he had offered money to the child in exchange for sexual favors.<\/p>\n<p>Dominguez-LLanas initially told investigators that Mora had not lived with her or her children for several years and said he had been deported to Mexico. She denied knowing about the abuse allegations.<\/p>\n<p>The report also alleges another underage family member was asked by Mora to engage in inappropriate acts. CPS conducted forensic interviews with Dominguez-LLanas\u2019 children on Jan. 7. During one interview, a child said Dominguez-LLanas instructed them to claim Mora had been in Mexico for several years and offered food in exchange for lying.<\/p>\n<p>Investigators confronted Dominguez-LLanas on Jan. 8 about coaching her children to lie. One case involved abuse reported between ages 11 and 16, with the most recent incident in September 2025. Another involved abuse reported from ages 14 to 17, with the most recent incident in December 2025.
