According to our news partner KETK, Ricky Hampton was arrested on Thursday on three charges, possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance and having a prohibited substance or item in a correctional or civil commitment facility. His girlfriend, Halle Mona Buckingham, whose stage name is FNG Shugga, was arrested on Wednesday on five charges including: Tampering or fabricating with physical evidence with intent to impair, Possession of marijuana,     Possession of a controlled substance, Weapon Offence, U.S. Marshal Detainer.<\/p>\n<p>This now marks Hampton\u2019s third arrest in East Texas. In September 2025, Hampton was arrested in Smith County after officers smelled marijuana while conducting a traffic stop and spotted a hand-rolled paper cigar in the ashtray.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>While searching the vehicle, Buckingham was seen grabbing a bag from the passenger floorboard, prompting officers to search the bag. During that search, investigators found:<\/p>\n<p>    0.7 ounces of marijuana<br \/>\n    12 oxycodone pills<br \/>\n    7 methylphenidate pills<\/p>\n<p>Hampton was charged with possession of marijuana. Meanwhile, Buckingham was charged with two counts of possession with a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.<\/p>\n<p>A month later, Hampton was taken into the Harrison County jail on eight charges, which included six related to drugs, and was subsequently released from jail after posting a bond of $119,000.<\/p>\n<p>KETK News contacted the Texas Department of Public Safety in October 2025 for the arrest documents; however, the Attorney General\u2019s Office determined that the requested information is exempt from disclosure, and DPS continues to withhold it.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>RUSK COUNTY \u2014 American Rapper Finesse2tymes and his girlfriend FNG Shugga have been arrested in Rusk County.
