James David Blount is a 57-year-old white man who\u2019s 5\u201909\u201d, weighs around 200 pounds and has brown hair and blue eyes. Rusk PD said Blount was last seen on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>Blount\u2019s vehicle was found on Saturday on Highway 84 west at the Neches River near the Cherokee and Anderson County line.
