Connie Reed Young, 57, of Golden, turned herself in Friday morning and immediately bonded out. Her bond was set at $25,000. A Wood County grand jury indicted her in connection with the fatal hit and run accident of a Mineola teenager. The indictment was returned in mid November, but the information was not released until Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>Young was indicted for causing an accident resulting in death. She was accused of hitting Jacob Burrell, 15, on October 4th. He was walking along U.S. Highway 69 North when the accident occurred. The Department of Public Safety reported that Young moved to the shoulder of the road to let another vehicle pass, and that was when the teen was hit.
