During two weeks of early voting, 10,596 in-person and mail-in ballots were received. That is only 6 percent of the registered voters in Smith County.<\/p>\n
There are 17 Texas Constitutional Amendment Propositions on the ballot, as well as several city and school elections throughout Smith County.
