That&#8217;s according Smith County Elections Administrator Michelle Allcon. She also added that in comparing running vote totals, \u201cThat is under the 2023 numbers. By the end of the third day in 2023, we were a little over 2,100.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>There are 17 Texas Constitutional Amendment Propositions on the ballot for the November 4 Election, as well as several city and school elections throughout Smith County.\u00a0 For more information about the propositions, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.smith-county.com\/government\/departments\/elections\/current-election-information\">click here.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>CITY\/SCHOOL ELECTIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The City of Whitehouse and the East Texas Municipal Utility District, as well as the Arp, Troup and Whitehouse Independent School Districts will all be holding special elections on November 4.<\/p>\n<p>Early voting is being held October 20-31, at five polling locations in Tyler, Lindale, Noonday and Whitehouse.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Early voting hours will be:<br \/>\n\u2022 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, October 20-24<br \/>\n\u2022 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, October 25<br \/>\n\u2022 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Wednesday, October 27-29<br \/>\n\u2022 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday and Friday, October 30-31.<\/p>\n<p>Early voting locations include:<br \/>\n\u2022 The Hub, 304 E. Ferguson St., Tyler<br \/>\n\u2022 The Heritage Building, 1900 Bellwood Road, Tyler<br \/>\n\u2022 Lindale Kinzie Community Center, 912 Mt. Sylvan St., Lindale<br \/>\n\u2022 Noonday Community Center, 16662 County Road 196, Tyler<br \/>\n\u2022 Whitehouse Methodist Church, 405 W. Main St., Whitehouse<\/p>\n<p>There will be 29 polling locations open on Election Day, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, November 4, 2025.<\/p>\n<p>To find exactly what will be on your ballot where you live, you can use Smith County\u2019s interactive map, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arcgis.com\/apps\/dashboards\/0b2cf7240be6450887d398054662c1c7\">found here.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The Smith County Elections Office is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and is located at 302 E.
