Steven is described as a large, white man, and was last seen wearing blue jeans and a black shirt.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cStevens is wanted for several felony acts and his actions today indicate that he is desperate,\u201d the sheriff\u2019s office said. \u201cHe has broken into homes and stolen firearms and vehicles at different points today.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>According to Upshur County officials, he\u2019s wanted for burglary and theft of an ATV.
