According to our news partner KETK, the boat was taking part in a race event at around 3:40 p.m. on Saturday when it was involved in a crash that left the boat\u2019s operator, Michael E. Roland, 62 of Bossier City, La. dead. Game wardens are currently investigating the crash and the Bowie County dive team removed the jet boat from the lake on Sunday.<\/p>\n
