The ceremony was held on July 14 to recognize Jack McGaughey, who previously served in the Marine Corps and will now be joining the Navy. McGaughey will apply the skills he has learned during his time as a paramedic for the Longview Fire Department.<\/p>\n
Longview firefighter and Navy Commander Blaine Cardinale administered McGaughey\u2019s Oath of Enlistment during the ceremony.<\/p>\n
