According to Kelly, the special collection will occur on July 12 through July13 and support efforts will be coordinated through the Catholic Charities of East Texas. Those who attend are encouraged to consider donating financial aid by participating in the special collection.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Kelly hopes the East Texas community will pray for those affected by the flooding, their friends and families, those who are still missing and the emergency crews that are actively looking for survivors.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThank you for your prayers and whatever financial support you can provide in response to this disaster. May God bless all those most directly involved. May he receive those who have died into his loving hands; may he console those grieving their loss and injury.
