According to Smith County arrest records, Wilbeck was arrested for driving while intoxicated by the Tyler Police Department and was released hours later.<\/p>\n
City of Tyler Fire Chief, David Coble, has confirmed that Wilbeck is a current employee and that the department has taken action following the incident.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe fire chief, which is myself, has opened an internal affairs investigation into the matter,\u201d Coble said. \u201cOf course, he is innocent until proven guilty, we are going to do an investigation and afterwards we will decide what happens.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
