TYLER — Mediation begins in a Tyler courtroom for a lawsuit against former Gregg County Constable Robbie Cox. A mother accuses the constable and others of wrongful eviction from an Easton home she rented from the constable’s wife. According to KETK, the mother claims the constable threw her belongings, including clothes and furniture, outside in the rain on Christmas Eve 2006.
