Texarkana PD said her loved ones worry she may be in an altered mental state after she sent an unusual text message. She\u2019s believed to be living in her silver 2008 Ford Explorer Sport Trac with the Texas plate: GJF-4039. Texarkana PD said she\u2019s known to park in places like the QuikTrip on North Kings Highway.
