The closure, which began November10th, will allow for water and sewer work at the intersection of Ray and Sabine Streets as part of the Annexation Sewer and Water Improvements Project. Access to Ray Street will be at Loop 281. The closure will be effective for two weeks. This project is providing water and sewer service to areas annexed by the city in 2009.
