TYLER — A new turn lane on a busy Tyler road has caused some concern for drivers. On Rice Road between Old Jacksonville Highway and Hollytree, the entire eastbound left lane has been made into a turning lane. Drivers are complaining that it makes traffic more congested and confusing. City Engineer Peter Eng says there might be a delay or two, but the decision was based on concern for drivers.
