Nathan Scott Kesler, 36, of Livingston, will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation. A sentencing date has not been set.  <\/p>\n<p>Kesler is alleged by police to have put his cell phone on a bathroom cabinet of the business in a position to photograph the toilet using a spy camera application.
