Watson Jerome Reed posted $5,000 bond from the Gregg County Jail on a charge of online solicitation of a minor Wednesday. Longview police arrested Reed in the 1500 block of North Eastman Road at 9:45 where Reed made plans to meet and engage in sexual intercourse with a person he believed to be a 14-year-old child but was actually Longview police Det.
