According to KETK and the Longview News-Journal, the company was found guilty of manipulating the price of chicken in 2009.  The most damaging evidence against the company came from an e-mail that stated the sale of one processing plant would &#8220;foil their plans&#8221; to restrict chicken and increase prices.
