Michael Scott Cook, 41, of Moultrie, Georgia, only stopped after a state trooper shot out a front tire. Cook was reportedly pulled over on I-20 for not having a license plate on the front of his truck. Authorities say after becoming testy with officers, Cook drove off. The chase, which began around the 578 mile marker on Interstate Highway 20, came to an end in Gregg County near mile marker 589A on the Interstate.
