Brian Price now runs a restaurant on Houston County Lake in East Texas. He says he\u2019s extending his offer to any condemned inmate in the state and taxpayers will be out nothing. Price is author of a book called \u201cMeals to Die For,\u201d a cookbook that references his previous duties. Officials who oversee the country\u2019s busiest death chamber stopped the practice last week after a prominent state senator complained about a hefty request from a man executed for his role in the notorious Jasper dragging death.
