Hogue said the portion of CR 2162 closed is about one-half mile east of CR 135 between Arp and Troup. Smith County Road and Bridge crews put traffic barricades in place to divert traffic.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The Texas Railroad Commission  is working to  find an old Legacy Oil Well head. Crews on location have already dug a massive hole. They plan on bringing larger equipment Friday to dig deeper, find the oil well head casing and seal it with concrete.
