They took the man into custody Wednesday after the alleged victim\u2019s relative became a vigilante. Longview police arrested Sergio E. Armas, 31, at about 1:20 Wednesday afternoon. He had been wanted since a Gregg County grand jury indicted him Aug. 24 for inappropriately touching a 6-year-old child. A relative of the alleged victim knew of the indictment and warrant when they spotted Armas at a restaurant on McCann Road.
