Officials said they received a report of a dead body around 4:30 a.m. on Saturday. When Jacksonville PD, Jacksonville Fire Department and EMS arrived at the scene officers found two victims dead from gunshot wounds. The victims were identified as Toyn B. McCuin, 37, Bullard, and Coray R. McCuin, 35, Jacksonville. Autopsies have been ordered. Dexter Lynn Davis, 29, Jacksonville, was arrested Saturday night on an unrelated charge, and later charged with capital murder, according to Jacksonville Police. He was booked into the Cherokee County Jail.
