Corey Webb, 17, from Kansas City was arrested in Tyler in July of last year. Kansas City police asked Tyler police to apprehend the teen from a bus for outstanding warrants. Webb allegedly pulled a gun from his backpack and began firing at an officer inside the attention center. No one was injured.
