Hector Nieto, 40, of Mt. Pleasant, pleaded guilty last November to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine. He was sentenced to 135 months in federal prison yesterday by U.S. District Judge Michael H. Schneider. Nieto was also ordered to forfeit ownership of commercial property in Mt. Pleasant, valued at $93,000, a 2005 GMC, K3500 pickup truck, and $21,473.47 in U.S. Currency.
