Margaret and Garry Paul Kimmey began verbally fighting in the counseling session and continued the argument outside afterward, according to a police report. A Lufkin Police officer driving by saw them scratching, slapping and grabbing each other. He stopped and took them both in on charges of assault\/family violence.<\/p>\n<p>Garry Kimmey, 57, has been arrested three times on charges of assault\/family violence since May, according to Angelina County records. This appears to be his 60-year-old wife\u2019s first arrest in Angelina County.
