The road had been closed to through traffic since July 25, to allow for intersection construction at Knobcrest Drive and Reel Road.<\/p>\n<p>Although the road has reopened to through traffic, construction will continue on the Reel Road Widening project for approximately another month. Drivers are encouraged to observe construction warning signs. The project was approved by voters as part of the Capital Improvements Bond Election in May 2007.
