Not only is it unconstitutional to force Americans to purchase health care insurance against their will, this bill misrepresents the rule of law in the United States. It not only destroys jobs; but, it robs the taxpayers of 2.6 trillion of their hard-earned money.   This is not the first time that a federal court has ruled that the individual mandate in ObamaCare is unconstitutional.
