Betty Rowland (Pemberton) was last seen on Aug. 1. Police said she may have been suffering from dementia. According to our news partner KETK, a landowner saw a vehicle and called law enforcement to investigate. Rowland\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s vehicle was in a \u00e2\u20ac\u0153slightly wooded area,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d several hundred yards off of CR 290 in Smith County.
