Police tell KETK Officer Dee Ann Brown was trying to reach mental health specialists when she and Corporal David Tucker were attacked and stabbed by Jamel Freeman, 19. Police say Tucker was stabbed in the left shoulder, Officer Brown in the neck and back of her head after being thrown to the ground.
