The city offered a mid-afternoon update Tuesday, with more updates planned as the situation evolves. The Tuesday afternoon update includes a detailed rundown of issues and how to report any problems you may have. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>TRAFFIC SIGNALS<\/p>\n<p>Crews have installed generators at the following four intersections where power to the traffic signals has been off since a severe thunderstorm came through the area early Tuesday morning. The signals are working. Oncor estimates power will be restored by 9 p.m. Crews will be monitoring the intersections through the night. Drivers are reminded to treat dark intersections as all-way stops.<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Old Bullard Road and Rice Road<\/li>\n<li>Old Bullard Road and Rieck Road<\/li>\n<li>Paluxy Drive and Cumberland Parkway<\/li>\n<li>Rice Road and Hollytree Drive<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>STREETS<\/p>\n<p>Streets currently closed due to tree issues:<\/p>\n<p>Driftwood Lane<br \/>\nWilder Way Road<br \/>\nWilder Woods<br \/>\nQuail Creek Drive<br \/>\nCovey Lane<br \/>\nCherokee Trail<\/p>\n<p>PARKS<\/p>\n<p>Park and Recreation crews are reporting downed trees and limbs, damaged fences and wet softball fields.<\/p>\n<p>Rose Hill Cemetery and Mausoleum<\/p>\n<p>Tree limbs and branches are down and a tree has fallen on the south side of the cemetery where there is fence damage and Wilma Street is blocked.<\/p>\n<p>Oakwood Cemetery<\/p>\n<p>Tree branches and limbs are down.<\/p>\n<p>Fun Forest Park<\/p>\n<p>Wet softball fields may delay or postpone some scheduled games.<\/p>\n<p>Hillside Park<\/p>\n<p>Large tree limbs are down.<\/p>\n<p>Goodman-Legrand Museum and Garden<\/p>\n<p>A downed tree is causing minor fence damage.<\/p>\n<p>Legacy Trail<\/p>\n<p>Tree limbs are down in the area near Oak Creek Boulevard and Three Lakes Parkway.<\/p>\n<p>Southside Park Trail<\/p>\n<p>Tree limbs are on the trail and some broken branches and limbs are hanging.<\/p>\n<p>Rose Rudman Trail<\/p>\n<p>The Rose Rudman Recreational Trail between Rieck Road and East Grande Boulevard is closed until further notice due to downed trees and storm damage.<\/p>\n<p>Residents are reminded to be cautious in the parks and on the trails where trees have fallen.
