Officials say he is currently on a ventilator. Noah Weisberg, 2, was found floating in an above the ground pool at 628 South Kennedy around 4:45 Thursday afternoon. The boy\u2019s mother is employed by the Tyler Police Department as a Dispatcher. She lives at the residence with her parents and her two children.<\/p>\n<p>Family members told police that they were in the process of grilling outside. They were unaware that Noah had got out into the backyard and into the pool. The grandfather who owns the residence found his grandson floating in the pool and immediately pulled him out. It\u2019s unknown how long the youngster was in the pool when he was discovered. <\/p>\n<p>Family members started CPR on the child until emergency personnel arrived on the scene and took over.
