Mumphrey, 37, has pleaded guilty to having sexual contact with a minor. He received ten years deferred adjudication probation. According to KETK and the Longview News-Journal, Mumphrey could face up to 20 years in prison if he violates his probation. Mumphrey was accused of five counts of sexually assaulting a youth for a decade between the ages of 8 and 18. The man is now 20.
