If you get out into the county, it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s terrible,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d Stoudt said. \u00e2\u20ac\u0153I live out in a rural area of Gregg County, and it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s something that we work on.
