In Smith County, Tyler maintenance plans to begin mill and inlay operations at the Loop 323 and Commerce intersection beginning Monday. Expect daily lane closures. Flaggers will control traffic with a pilot vehicle.   In Gregg County, Longview maintenance is planning to begin base repairs on SH 31 E at SH 135. Expect lane closures with flaggers providing traffic control.
