Police say officers responded to the intersection of Plantation Dr. and Spring Branch Dr. around 3:00 Friday morning, where Christopher Hardy Jr., 27, had reportedly struck a parked vehicle. According to a news release, 20-year-old Tamyra Campbell of Tyler, a passenger in Hardy&#8217;s vehicle, was killed. Hardy went to the hospital with minor injuries. Police arrested Hardy, citing evidence that he was intoxicated.
