That&#8217;s according to our news partner KETK. 46-year-old James Fulton was convicted in 2017 of criminally negligent homicide for the wreck on Grande Boulevard. He was sentenced to 10 years in prison. The new sentencing trial was granted after an appeals court ruled that Fulton received ineffective counsel.
