Warren and scores of others have fond memories of the venue, but Warren&#8217;s also looking forward to its replacement &#8212; the centerpiece of the Rose Complex makeover. He tells KTBB the new facility will be similar in size to the Green Acres Baptist Church Crosswalk Conference Center. He says it will be wide open and big, with breakout rooms. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Warren adds that positive feedback has already come from local hotel industry representatives who &#8220;are extremely excited&#8221; about the new facility.
