After a year off due to the pandemic, Rose Queen Anna Grace Hallmark is ready to get things going again. She tells KTBB, &#8220;I&#8217;m so excited to be able to start off again and meet all the new people from out of town and just start off the new year.&#8221; As for what makes the Rose Festival so special, Anna says, &#8220;I think it brings the community together and gives everyone a chance to come and see what the Rose Festival&#8217;s all about.&#8221; <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Queen Anna also talked about one of her favorite events. She told us, &#8220;I think the parade is pretty enjoyable just &#8217;cause it&#8217;s open to the public and gives everyone a chance to come and see the dresses and just be a part of it.&#8221; And with folks coming from near and far, she extends a special welcome to the out-of-town guests, saying, &#8220;I am really welcoming and excited for anyone who can come from out of town &#8212; and I hope they enjoy it as much as we do.&#8221; The 88th annual festival is set for October 14-17.
