LONGVIEW — A 43-year-old Longview man is found guilty of exposing himself in a restaurant last year. Roger Dale Brigmon Jr. was convicted of third-degree felony indecency with a child Friday in Gregg County\u2019s 124th District Court. A sentencing hearing will be held later. A Gregg County Sheriff\u2019s Deputy was working off-duty security at The Butcher Shop May 26th when a customer reported to restaurant management that a man was touching himself under the table while looking at a young girl.
