Roger Dale Brigmon Jr., 43, was convicted of third-degree felony indecency with a child Friday in Gregg County\u2019s 124th District Court. A sentencing hearing will be held later.<\/p>\n<p>A Gregg County Sheriff&#8217;s Deputy was working off-duty security at The Butcher Shop May 26th when a customer reported to restaurant management that a man was touching himself under the table while looking at a young girl.
