LONGVIEW — The Gregg County Historical Museum is reminding the community that an exhibition that started in February, in celebration of Black History Month, continues. The GCHM presents “Stitching a Legacy- The Symbolism in African American Quilts.” The display will run through April 3. Also, on March 27 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., organizers will host a special presentation by the Pleasant Hill Quilt Club, that tells the story of how quilts were used in the underground railroad.
