KPD trying to identify theft suspect

KILGORE — The Kilgore Police Department is asking for help in identifying the man pictured. Kilgore Police say the person is wanted in connection with a theft on Higginbotham Rd. Authorities say the crime took place around noon on January 13th. If you can help establish who the suspect is, contact Detective Joshua Sims at 903-218-6907 or [email protected].
