Virtual town hall meeting on teens substance abuse

TYLER — A virtual town hall event is scheduled for November 19th. Rebecca Smith told KTBB on Monday, “We know that parents are the number one deterrent for their teens using substances. A lot of parents think oh my teen doesn’t listen to me.
